Injuries

I have years of experience assisting teammates, athletes, and my own self with the following injuries:

 

  • Fibular Stress Fracture
  • Tibia Stress Fracture
  • Pre-Stress Reactions
  • Shin Splints
  • Hamstring Strain
  • Gracilis/Adductor muscle tightness
  • Sartorius muscle tightness
  • Achilles Tendonitis
  • Ankle Sprain (eversion and inversion strains)
  • Hip Tightness
  • Lower Back Tightness/Pain
  • Gluteus Muscle Weakness
  • IT Band Tightness
  • Minor Gastrocnemius tear
  • Low Range of Motion (Hips, Knees, Plantar/Dorsi Flexion)
  • Deep Knee Bruise
